Annabelle recovers from long-COVID
Annabelle caught COVID in NZ in March 2022 and then developed long-COVID. This became progressively worse until she had to leave University, return to live with her parents and even required assistance to walk across the room or have a shower. She then attended The Switch seven months into her illness and was able to walk up Johnson’s Hill in Wellington within days! She filmed herself each day of four-day Switch course – listen to how much her voice changes as her body calms out of the stress response and she recovers!
