- "I ate ice cream and yoghurt that I haven't had for 3 years and I had no symptoms! I had a lot of fun doing belief switches. I did lots of muscle testing. I feel lighter and more optimistic. I haven't been able to shift pain yet. I was delighted by Isabell's sealed section. She's so cute and inspiring."

I'm over sensitive to reading danger; lots of faulty beliefs that came from parents. Beliefs module was so wonderful and so full of content. I want to watch it lots and lots. - "I love cold water swimming. I went in tipping rain. I felt really alive, joyful. Have been working more on calming down rather than increasing energy. I took on working too hard from dad, who doesn't know when or how to stop, so this belief section was amazing for me to see how I could reprogramme all those old faulty beliefs. I loved Isabelle's sealed section - she's so cute and delightful and I felt so much compassion for her and what she's gone through. Amazing changes. So inspiring."

"I've had incredible change this week! Muscle testing showed that I believe I'm unloveable. I did The Switch twice in two hours and it was all resolved! It feels different! It's gone! - "My brain is responding faster to doing Switches for pain. My pain has halved. My anxiety has reduced and I keep working on it. I hear Mel's voice saying "get darcy off the couch" and It's really helping. My fave concept was when Isabell said in the Sealed Section that trauma keeps coming out in the body until you address the issue. That definitely resonated for me".
