Switch Webinar Series Week 4 Updates

A collection of updates from people attending The Switch Webinar Series

The Switch Webinar Series - Week 4! Some of the changes they reported were:
  • "I had an interesting week. I realised that for my entire working career, I believed that I'm a doer and not a completer finisher or a starter. It's a game changer to realise that I have been telling myself that lie. I have been so productive this morning. Belief switches were much more effective then previous switches. ADHD NO MORE! I loved Week 4!"
  • "I ate ice cream and yoghurt that I haven't had for 3 years and I had no symptoms! I had a lot of fun doing belief switches. I did lots of muscle testing. I feel lighter and more optimistic. I haven't been able to shift pain yet. I was delighted by Isabell's sealed section. She's so cute and inspiring."
  • "I'm still doing better with calming down my nervous system, mainly from calming techniques. Trying to quieten thoughts. I'm over sensitive to reading danger; lots of faulty beliefs that came from parents. Beliefs module was so wonderful and so full of content. I want to watch it lots and lots. It feels like you're talking directly to me."
  • "I love cold water swimming. I went in tipping rain. I felt really alive, joyful. Have been working more on calming down rather than increasing energy. I took on working too hard from dad, who doesn't know when or how to stop, so this belief section was amazing for me to see how I could reprogramme all those old faulty beliefs. I loved Isabelle's sealed section - she's so cute and delightful and I felt so much compassion for her and what she's gone through. Amazing changes. So inspiring."
  • "You are an extremely good teacher and I really appreciate this course".
  • "When doing the 4 calming techniques, gratitude resonated – I'm implementing it. I feel a bit of mood elevation. I haven’t applied myself to 6 other programmes, but I feel better about this programme."
  • Another has had 15 years of food intolerances. She said "I was able to eat a meal out with friends without the usual symptoms".
If you're curious about Isabell, who also got a mention in the comments yesterday, here are some excerpts of her journey:
