This group of The Switch Webinar Series had wonderful realisations during Week 3 and achieved fantastic improvements!
  • Watching Week 3 of The Switch Webinar Series, I have had this amazing realisation that the whole year that I have been stuck at home, housebound with illness, I have been moment to moment training my brain for illness without realising it. But my brain is retrainable. Now I have to retrain it to produce wellness instead. The changes are already amazing! I have left my house for the first time in a year! I have walked for 25 minutes! I know I will keep improving as I train my brain more! The Switch is totally amazing!
  • Another woman with long-COVID has also been housebound. She said she was amazed how much more energy she had when she used The Quick Switch this week, and she didn't just walk to her front door (her previous best effort) - she carried on and walked 200 metres! AND drove her car to the post office and delivered a parcel! She hasn't done that since she got sick. Her next goal is to visit the bakery and to ride her bike!
  • Another said that when she experienced an energy crash, she watched Rose's energy Switch in the Week 3 movie and did 4 Switches in a row with Rose on the screen and now feels so much better, to the point where she was able to join the group call today and talk in a really animated voice. She said "I'm totally amazed by The Switch. When I do the visualise step, it feels like electricity through my body!" Here is a snippet of Rose's journey through The Switch Webinar Series:
  • Another lady had such severe anxiety that she didn't feel able to turn her camera on or speak at the last group call, but this week, she was right there, chatting away with so much joy about all her wonderful improvements! She said the Week 3 movies were revolutionary to her as she realised how much her anxiety has been causing her pain, and how much her thinking patterns are maintaining her anxiety. She now feels so much calmer and her legs are far more comfortable and she found that her regular walk felt too easy for her now.
  • And another lady said that she had her big Switch into happiness and confidence during Week 2 and all those great changes have carried on for her right through Week 3 and she is feeling happy, grounded, comfortable in her own bubble, and excited about the future.
