Statistics
As well as great testimonials from clients, I want to provide statistics of outcomes. Therefore, I ask all my clients to fill in feedback forms at two months and at one year post-course. I also talk to each client at one week, one month, three months and six months post-course. This means that there are lots of junctions where I am checking up on them and making sure that they are doing well. The data on this page is all from these feedback forms, so it is collected and collated by me. It is therefore not independent and peer reviewed. It is my hope that this data will lead to researchers choosing to run a formal study on The Switch® in the future.

Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
This data represents outcomes two months post-course for clients who attended The Switch for CFS within a two-year period. My CFS results have consistently shown around 80% achieving great outcomes — however, it’s important to clarify what this 80% represents. It reflects 80% of the people who voluntarily enrolled in The Switch, passed an assessment confirming their readiness to participate, and at least started the programme. Within these parameters, 80% have achieved great outcomes.
For context, 115 people attended The Switch for CFS or long-COVID in a 2-year period. Only one participant discontinued after starting the course (and was still included in the data). An additional 24 people applied but did not progress through the preparation stages and therefore did not attend The Switch; these individuals were not included in this dataset.
