Thank you for your excellent Next Steps to Calmness Webinar Series.

I'm finding the calmness work really useful. I found it helpful to play Part One and stop and start to get the hang of the exercises this week. 
I hold a lot of tension in my jaw and when I was at the dentist yesterday I told him how relaxing it was for my jaw to breathe out with horse noises. He tried it himself and commented that the exercise keeps your jaws apart so you physically can't clench. I had to laugh. He is quite good at that exercise.

My life is chaotic at the moment and anxiety still spiking up a bit so have taken tomorrow off work to calmly work through Part 2 of the Webinar. 

Will let you know how I get on...

Just finished Part 2 and lots more to dig into when I replay!! Plenty of techniques to try!

I'm challenging myself to no tea with caffeine for the next week.

I listened to the Finding Calm in Times of Crisis Visualiation yesterday evening then slept 9.5hrs straight.  Yippee! Such a breakthrough!  Thanks!
