It’s been just a couple of months since I completed my Brain and Body Synergy kinesiology training, and I’ve already had some truly eye-opening experiences using this new modality with clients. They have been very positive about their sessions. I wanted to share some of the highlights so far, because this work is giving me a whole new layer of tools to support healing—both physically and emotionally.
One of my recent clients came in with a bad case of the flu. Using muscle testing, I was able to track that she had viruses sitting in ten different organs in her body. We worked on supporting her immune system to process and clear each one. By the very next day, she messaged to say she was feeling significantly better—and when I retested, only two areas still needed support. We also worked on her food intolerances, and I’m eagerly awaiting an update on whether she’s now able to eat carrots!
Another client had been struggling with severe anxiety and OCD. She's done some great work shifting her thoughts and feelings with The Switch. In addition, I used Brain and Body Synergy and discovered imbalances in her neurotransmitters—dopamine, serotonin, and melatonin were all out of sync. I used specific corrections to help reset these pathways. During the session, we also used a vial of ashwagandha (a powerful adaptogen), and she had a profound sense of calm just by holding it while we helped her system adjust to its energetic imprint. It was beautiful to witness.
There has long been a school of thought that the Epstein-Barr virus is linked to ME/CFS. I tested positive for it many years after I had resolved my own CFS using NLP techniques, so perhaps I had had the virus all along. It didn't prevent my recovery, but it's good to get rid of it. Another client this week who recovered from CFS with The Switch also tested positive for Epstein-Barr - I guess it was lying dormant in her system as well.
There have been some funny moments too—like when I told a woman, “I can’t find a link between your brain and your gall bladder.” She burst out laughing and said, “That makes sense—I don’t have a gall bladder!” Well, that explains it then! I also did the arthritis and inflammation protocols with this lady and a week later, she said she's had no hip pain at all and has much better movement!
I’ve also worked with a woman who has smoked for decades. Her body tested positive for high levels of heavy metals—cadmium, lead, and other toxins. As she held specific vials to address these toxins, she experienced strong physical sensations—her hand and arm were throbbing, and the feeling even spread through her body and she felt quite light-headed. In the few days following the session, she had massive detox symptoms such as putrid smelling sweat at night, ringing in her ears, light headedness etc, but she was delighted because she saw this as evidence that the toxins were coming out. By Day 3, she said she felt "AMAZING". She also showed up as having parasites and I dd a clearing on this too. She could see all the liver flukes coming out in her number twos for a few days! Fascinating! Unfortunately, I also detected abnormal cells in her throat and lungs—sometimes a sign of early cancer. I urged her to see her doctor ASAP. Hopefully, the corrections we made will help nip those cells in the bud before they develop into anything bad. And the good news? She stopped smoking a week ago - YAY! She said she can't wait for her next session because this kinesiology alongside using The Switch has been the best thing she's ever done for her health.
I’ve even been using kinesiology on myself. After a string of stressful events and some terrible sleep, I tested my own neurotransmitters, stress hormones, and thyroid function—and did a full reset. That very night, my sleep tracker showed I had 65% restorative sleep, up from the 5–10% I’d been getting recently. A big relief!
What I’m loving most about this journey is how complementary it is to the work I already do with The Switch. I have over a decade of professional experience and thousands of clients achieving great results for all of these conditions, and more. My core belief remains the same: resolving emotional blocks and calming the stress response are key to long-term recovery. But now, kinesiology is giving me a powerful new way to help people at a physical level too—especially while they’re still working through the emotional side.
This feels like the beginning of something really special 💛
