The Switch® Webinar Series has 15 hours of pre-recorded webinars spread over six weeks.
You will not get well just by listening to me talk – you need to practice The Switch techniques a lot during and after the course, until you are better. 20-30 times per day is the average initially.
WE ARE NOT DOCTORS
The Switch Webinar Series seeks to help people with mind-body and lifestyle corrections to resolve long-term illness. We are not doctors, which means we do not offer diagnoses, prescribe medication or give advice about medical procedures or medication. We advise you to liaise with your doctor for these purposes and to maintain mainstream screening programmes for preventative care. The Switch Webinar Series can be used alongside mainstream medical care.

Further follow-up sessions are available at $220/hour, $350/1.5 hours.
CANCELLATIONS BY EMPOWER THERAPIES
The Switch Webinar Series is automated, so it will definitely go ahead. In the unusual event that we need to reschedule a group Q&A call, we will give you as much notice as possible of a new call time. If you cannot attend the new time, we will answer your weekly question by email instead.GUARANTEES AND REFUNDS
Signing up for The Switch Webinar Series is a symbol of your genuine desire to participate in this series. While we have high success rates, we cannot guarantee outcomes as success depends on many factors, including engagement of the client, life circumstances and other factors beyond your or our control. We do not offer refunds after Week 1 if you do not like the course or do not get the change that you were expecting. In our efforts to accommodate changing circumstances or you changing your mind:
- You may transfer to a later Series date up until the first Group Q&A Call at the end of Week 2 with no admin fees.
- You may cancel your Series altogether prior to the start date and receive a full refund minus a $97 admin fee.
- You may cancel your Series altogether during Week 1 of the programme for a partial refund minus $100 for Week 1 and $97 admin fee.
PERSONAL USE ONLY
Doing this course is for personal use only. It will not teach you to be a Practitioner or to help other people to recover. It can be counter-productive to show parts of the course to people because they need to learn the programme in its entirety to understand and benefit from it.
ONGOING PROBLEMS
If you do not get an improvement through using The Switch Webinar Series, if you experience a temporary relapse or you have any adverse reactions to it, stop using The Switch Webinar Series techniques and contact your doctor for advice and ask me for advice during our weekly group call. We have found that this situation is rare.
LIABILITY
While we are teaching you skills that we believe can be enormously helpful, it is up to you to use your own discretion about appropriate use of these techniques and decisions that you make about your life. Empower Therapies will not be held liable for any use, misuse or incorrect use of the techniques, nor for any expenses or losses that you may incur as a result.
COPYRIGHT
The Switch® is a registered trademark and contains copyright material, characters and ideas (unless referenced to a third party). We really want to share these ideas with you, but you are not able to photograph, film or record the course. You may not reproduce, sell or distribute the material. You are being provided with access to the course movies for one year. Any breach shall be deemed to be a breach of both section 56(2) of the Privacy Act 1993 and the Copyright Act 1994.
CONFIDENTIALITY
For everyone to have a safe and enjoyable experience here, it is important that you respect and maintain confidentiality. While there is no requirement for you to share your private experiences at the group calls, some people may choose to do so. While you may share your own experiences outside of the online room, if you choose to share other people's experiences, it must be anonymously – no names, no identifying details. Also be aware of not sharing anything about the live participants experiences that is not already visible in public places like Facebook and our website.
Therefore, you may NOT do any of the following:
1. Audio record the call
2. Video the call
3. Screenshot the call
STATISTICS
To monitor your progress and support you, as well as to quantify results and continue to improve the course, we ask that you fill in a survey form after the Series. It should take under five minutes to complete. Statistics will only be shared online or to researchers anonymously.
